Stockmar brings 80 years of experience in creating high-quality German art products to this line of colored pencils for artists young and old. These natural, unlacquered pencils feature a large hexagonal shape. This 25 pencil set comes in an expanded range of Stockmar’s luminous colors.

Stockmar Colored Pencils are distinguished by their exceptionally vibrant colors, high proportion of pigment, unique color coordination system and a soft yet powerful application of color. The extra thick lead cores are extremely break resistant, water resistant, wear longer than standard colored pencils and require less frequent sharpening. And because every picture starts with a sketch, the set also includes a graphite B pencil which can be erased particularly well.

The pencil wood is from sustainably managed forests, and the pencils come with FSC certification. Also AP certified non-toxic.

About Stockmar

Based in Schleswig-Holstein, the Stockmar company has been making quality products for art and art teaching for many decades. Hans Stockmar started with beekeeping products and beeswax candles in 1922. Acting on the suggestion of certain art teachers he soon proceeded to develop his modelling wax, and more than 50 years ago the classic Stockmar wax crayon was then created. The watercolours and wax sheets came later.All Stockmar art supplies are made in Germany, non-toxic, harmless.
