This lovely Grapat loose parts set features 72 handmade wooden coins in 12 rainbow colours. Each coin is lovingly crafted by hand from sustainable wood, colored with safe water-based dyes, and finished with natural beeswax. Measuring 4.7cm in diameter, they are incredibly smooth, tactile, and pleasant for little hands to hold.

These versatile coins offer endless ways to play, learn, and imagine. By counting, grouping, and matching the pieces by colour, children naturally develop early math and logical thinking. They are also wonderful for Montessori colour sorting activities.

Care instructions:

To ensure longevity of each Grapat toy, storage in a dry place is strongly recommended as humidity may cause mould to form on the wood.

Grapat is a family run business in Catalunya of Spain. It was started by parents who were inspired by their children's free play. Loose parts, open and unstructured material come to life when children transform them with their wildest imagination!

All the wooden Grapat toys are hand-crafted in various workshops in Catalunya, Spain, following traditional processes, with wood derived from sustainable forests and painted by hand with water based dyes. The toys are safe for use by small children as they are non-toxic and comply with the European safety regulations of the directive EN / 71-3: 2014 + A1: 2014 / 2013 regarding toy safety.
